Our Future Plans

With over 100 injured or abandoned animals rescued each month, YODA's mission to save animals in the heart of Mumbai has grown into a ray of hope. Since 2010, we have pushed for awareness campaigns and opened a shelter in Mumbai's Khar West that offers excellent medical care as well as behavioural therapy.

Expanded educational outreach is what we envision for the future to enable communities to recognize and assist distressed animals. Our approach's cornerstone is improving shelter facilities, giving behavioural rehabilitation equal weight with medical care. With a focus on Rehabilitation, Release, and Rehoming, the R3 Program(3,01,000) aims to effectively rehabilitate every animal in a span of 25 days.

Beyond therapy, YODA provides individualized decisions regarding release or rehoming through post-evaluations. Partnerships with groups and advocacy initiatives are in the works, all contributing to the goal of a kind society in which there are no animals suffering on the streets. In the future, love and empathy will rule, and every furry friend will be safe, according to YODA's vision.
